Meta data boxes
Hello and welcome to a new feature update.
When you edit a page in inCMS, the Metadata settings look a bit different now.
There used to be a field labelled Google Analytics Code, but it wasn't clear where it would be inserted on your webpage.
Now you have the ability to insert custom code exactly where you want it.
Google now recommends to insert the code not before the body end, but instead in head.
So, if you prefer, you can move your code form the body end to the head field.
Everything you enter into the "custom code" fields is inherited by sub pages. So, if you insert code in the "contact" page, then the code will only appear on this page and all its sub-pages, but not on the other pages.
If you want a code to appear on all pages of your website, insert it in the top level folder like this.
