On multilingual websites, edit the content of a SmartBox separately for each website language. This keeps translated texts, labels and links aligned with the language version your visitors see.

Edit a SmartBox in the correct language

  1. Open the page in the editor.
  2. Switch to the website language you want to edit.
  3. Open the relevant SmartBox and change only the required content.
  4. Save the SmartBox and publish or update the page as usual.
  5. Switch to the other language versions and repeat the change where needed.

Important notes

  • A change in one language does not automatically translate or replace content in the other language versions.
  • Check language-dependent texts, button labels and links in every affected language.
  • Use the existing SmartBox on your page. This article explains the general workflow and does not require importing a customer-specific SmartBox.
  • After saving, open the published page in the relevant language and verify that the intended content and link are shown.
